WEI Customer + Corporate Symposium
This annual event brings together specialists, coordinators, supervisors, managers, and directors responsible for a variety of functional areas across corporate services and customer connections. A variety of topics will be covered including human resources, customer programs, contact center management, AI and new technology along with topics on business strategy and resiliency. The diverse mix of presentations, panels, roundtable discussions, and networking opportunities allow attendees to share their experiences and develop contacts within the industry. This program is open to both WEI members and non-members and is an excellent professional development and organizational team-building opportunity.
